Anneliese Louise van der Pol is an American actress and performer who is of Dutch descent, is a Dutch native. She is well-known for her work in the theatre and for her role as Chelsea Daniels in the Disney Channel show That's So Raven, and its sister show Raven's Home. Anneliese van der Pol (American Female) is a Dutch-based actor and singer best known for her recurring characters on the television show That's So Raven. In 2006 she recorded an original cover of the classic Disney song Candle on the Water from Pete's Dragon for an edition of Disneymania. While playing the role of Belle van der Pol on broadway, she's performed a number of songs featured in the soundtrack to the show. One of these songs is her iconic A Change in Me.
